| Sealed tenders are invited from experience & eligible Establishments/ Firms for "Annual Operation, Management and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Swimming Pool and providing life Guard, Trainer, Cleaning, Safety & security of swimming pool situated at Hinjewadi,/Lavale/Khadki " |
| The application for issuance of tender documents from eligible Establishments/ Firms can be accepted in sealed envelopes upto dated 30th January,2012 upto 5.00 p.m. hrs. The blank tender documents will be issued to eligible contractors upto 28th Jan,2012 . The dully filled tender document will be accepted in the office of Dean Administration at Symbiosis Society, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune – 411 016 on 30th Jan,2012 upto 5.00 p.m. hrs. |
| The sealed tenders will be opened on 31st January,2012 at 3.00 p.m. at Symbiosis Society, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune – 411 016. |

| Tender fees: |
Rs.1000/- (Non refundable) in cash or crossed demand draft obtained from a Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Symbiosis . |
| The Eligible criteria for bidders shall be as under: |

Experience for similar type of business for last 3 years. |
| (2) |
Turn over of the firm. |
| (3) |
Schedule Bank solvency. |
| (4) |
The bidder should submit his application on his letter pad with all proof mention above with certified true copy of the documents and self-attestation. |

Symbiosis reserves the right to reject any or all the applications/ proposals without assigning any reason and the selection shall be at the absolute discretion of Symbiosis and its decision in this respect shall be final and binding. |
