The International Students Prospectus containing the Paper Based Application is available. If you wish for the prospectus to be couriered to your correspondence address, an additional courier charge to be paid in USD equivalent to INR 1250 will be levied. The application fee for Paper Based Application to be paid in USD equivalent INR 8750.

Charges for the International Students Prospectus may be paid to the account of SIU International Office in two ways:

(A) Through Wire Transfer
(B) In Person

(A) Through Wire Transfer : A student needs to send The International Office an email along with a scanned copy of Telegraphic Transfer receipt on prospectus@symbiosis.ac.in consisting of the following information:

Upon receiving the payment, the Symbiosis International Office will courier the International Students' Prospectus to the postal address provided by the student.

(B) In Person:

Students who wish to pay for the prospectus in person will have to first come to the International Office and collect the specific Challan (Bank form) for the payment. The same will need to be filled out and taken to the Axis Bank Ltd. Branch, located on Senapati Bapat Road, Pune. At the bank, the student will need to submit the Challan and pay the corresponding amount in cash. (Only exact change is accepted at the Bank). Once the payment has been made, the Bank will keep the Bank copies of the Challan (for their records) and will return the Students Copy and International Office copy of the Challan. The student must submit The International Office copy of the Challan back at the International Office once this procedure is complete.

* Incomplete Payments (either through telegraphic transfer or done in person) will not be entertained.

* The International Students Prospectus is available only at “The International Office, Pune

Step 7

Upon receipt of the International Students Prospectus, kindly go through the same for details on each program on offer.

Step 8

Fill out the application form enclosed in the prospectus docket and attach all the relevant details as requested in the form. In case you are a Foreign National / Person of Indian Origin and need to submit proof of your English proficiency, fill out the relevant section of application form.

Step 9

Return the completed application form in person / by courier to the International Office by 10th March (in the case of Postgraduate applications) and by 20th May (in the case of Undergraduate applications).

Procedures and guidelines to be followed after submitting the Paper Based Application form will be included in the Prospectus.
