Symbiosis International (Deemed University) is a multi-disciplinary university offering its students and faculty a vibrant learning ecosystem designed around its multi-cultural and innovative ethos. In recognition of its academic excellence, the MHRD, Government of India, has conferred on Symbiosis the 'Deemed to be University' status, in 2002.
Initially conceived as a heaven for foreign students studying in India, Symbiosis has grown into a multifaceted institution rooted in the Vedic principle of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" – the world is one family.
